Terms of use

1. Acceptance of the terms

By booking or using any service offered by Raízes Vicentinas (RNAAT: 1191), you accept these General Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use our services.

2. Services offered

Raízes Vicentinas offers private transfers, airport shuttles, city-to-city transport, support on hiking trails and seasonal rental (Alojamento Local, authorisation pending). All services are subject to availability and confirmed in writing.

3. Booking and payment

• ·Bookings can be made via the website form, by email or by phone
• ·A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from Raízes Vicentinas
• ·Payment is due as specified in the booking confirmation
• ·Prices are shown in Euros, taxes included

4. Cancellation policy

• ·More than 48h before the service: full refund
• ·Between 24h and 48h before: 50% refund
• ·Less than 24h before: no refund
• ·Any cancellation must be notified in writing to contact@raizesvicentinas.pt

For accommodation, the specific cancellation policy (30 days) is detailed in the FAQ and restated on every confirmation.

5. Client responsibilities

• ·Provide accurate booking information (name, flight number, pick-up address)
• ·Be available at the agreed place and time
• ·Inform us of any specific needs (child seats, accessibility, etc.)
• ·Respect the vehicle and the driver

6. Liability

Raízes Vicentinas holds civil liability insurance in accordance with Portuguese law. We accept no liability for delays caused by traffic, weather or circumstances beyond our control.
