Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using any service provided by Raizes Vicentinas (RNAAT : 1191), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Raizes Vicentinas offers private transfers, airport pickups, city-to-city transport, hiking trail support, and seasonal holiday rental (Alojamento Local, pending authorisation). All services are subject to availability and confirmed by written booking confirmation.

3. Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made via our website contact form, email or phone
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Raizes Vicentinas
• Payment is due as specified in the booking confirmation
• Prices are quoted in Euros and include applicable taxes

4. Cancellation Policy

• More than 48 hours before service: Full refund
• 24–48 hours before service: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before service: No refund
• Cancellations must be notified in writing to contact@raizesvicentinas.com

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate booking information (name, flight number, pick-up address)
• Be ready at the agreed pick-up time
• Inform us of any special requirements (child seats, wheelchair access, etc.)
• Respect the vehicle and the driver

6. Liability

Raizes Vicentinas carries full liability insurance as required by Portuguese law. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Clients are responsible for their own travel insurance.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
